Whole Bean Coffee
Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee.
All items in original and unused condition may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method or exchange. Returns must be initiated within the seven day return period and shipped promptly thereafter. To do so, simply email email@example.com and we will provide instructions.
Orders placed Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. PST to 5:00 P.M. PST may be edited or cancelled within one hour of order placement where possible. Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Those orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed must be returned by guidelines featured above.
